FAQ's
How much does it cost to move into Erlands Point Mobile Home & RV Park?
New occupants/owners are required to apply for a membership and pay the current membership fee. This fee is determined by the Board of Directors for Erlands Point Mobile Home Park. Current price is a $54 application fee and $100 refundable membership dues.
Do you offer any lease options for Mobile Homes or RV's?
No. All Mobile Homes, RV or Tiny Homes must be owned by Owner/Occupant.
Do you allow RV's or Tiny Homes?
Yes! Both Tiny Homes and RV's are allowed in the RV section of our community.
Who can live in this community?
We are an all age community giving precedent to low- or moderate-income individuals/families.
Can I move a unit (Mobile Home, RV or Tiny Home) in and rent it out to someone?
No. The owner of the Mobile Home, RV, or Tiny Home must sign an Occupancy Agreement which requires them to occupy the lot the duration of their stay or a minimum of six months a year. No short or long term sub-lease allowed.
